Refund Policy - the basics
We do not refund all payment once paid for any circumstances as mentioned below:
We strongly advise not to consume alcohol prior and during any treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to guest who are intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances.
Our therapists are trained professionally and any inappropriate behavior will end your treatment immediately.
Reservations
It is essential to book well in advance prior to your arrival to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. The booking deposit for all treatments 1 hour & over is 20% of the treatment value. To secure your booking, credit card details must be supplied at the time of your booking. This deposit is refundable provided at least 24 hours cancellation notice is given via phone or email.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required for us to reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation within less than a 24 hours, will incur a 50% cancellation fee, or failing to show for a scheduled appointment, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
