It is essential to book well in advance prior to your arrival to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. The booking deposit for all treatments 1 hour & over is 20% of the treatment value. To secure your booking, credit card details must be supplied at the time of your booking. This deposit is refundable provided at least 24 hours cancellation notice is given via phone or email.
24 hour notice is required for us to reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation within less than a 24 hours, will incur a 50% cancellation fee, or failing to show for a scheduled appointment, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
We do not refund all payment once paid for any circumstances as mentioned below:
We strongly advise not to consume alcohol prior and during any treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to guest who are intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances.
Our therapists are trained professionally and any inappropriate behavior will end your treatment immediately.
If you would feel more comfortable with either a male or female therapist, please let us know when you make a reservation and we will do our best to comply with your request.
Oriental Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the right to peace and privacy for other Spa guests. The use of cellular phones is prohibited within the Spa. Smoking within the spa is also prohibited.
We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought onto the spa premises
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, Arriving late will shorten your Spa treatment Due to other reservation, we cannot extend your treatment time. Please understand and be aware the full benefits may not be felt if treatment is shortened.
For your ease and comfort, we ask that you disrobe completely for your body treatments. Disposable underwear and a bath robe will be provided for your use. Our therapists are trained to appropriately drape you for your privacy.
During pregnancy you may avoid treatments using deep pressure and other treatment involving heat. Please inform us of your condition when you make a reservation so that we can assist you in selecting the treatments which are most appropriate for you.
All sessions include a soothing herbal drink, foot wash and shower
